Pills oh Coaching - SEX is not a dirty thing

I just finished now an online international session as Mental Coach and I share something with you all.

- "SEX is not a dirty thing as make us believe almost all religions. Indeed, it is a pleasant way to rebalance the feminine and the masculine energy. Without this equilibrium we creat diseases ourselfes. We have to remove this mental program and reconsider sex for what it is, not confusing it with love that is quite another thing. Sex with love, for me, is the top. But if you have not met or have lost your BIG LOVE of your life, the loving friendship is an experience equally effective, with a component of invigorating lightness, provided you do not live it as a substitute of love. The lightness is a value and does not mean superficiality. If I have not a Ferrari or a Porsche, even the bike is fine to reach the goal! I pedal lightly without frustration of traffic jams belts queues for refueling and so on. Maybe I have to leave before, but if I live lightly and not as a second choice for the broken car or scooter broke down, I can enjoy a nice walk ... and I love cycling! "
