An example of the creative visualization power. I am 56 years old and in few days it will be 56. I never had the courage or maturity to take responsibility of a family. Even in January when I met Khwan, I was immediately clear to her: "I do not want to get married and I do not want children."
She occasionally asked me why, but always with love and kindness. Sometimes she sent me drawings like this or photos like the one below in which he takes in his arms the child of a friend or co-worker. He said that would be a beautiful baby tall and strong half Italian and half Thai. Of course if you take her smile and my shoulders!
In silence this little drawing, and this photo entered into my heart.
The other day he asked me if we may have a baby and I answered "Yes". He was driving and almost she was not sure to understood well. So she asked me again if we may have a baby and I said "Yes". Then he told me that she could not understand me becouse before I say no, then I say yes, and she does not know how to interpret these my conflicting answers.
So I said that I have also my mental programs and my fears, especially about marry and having children. But as Mental Coach as I'm, I know perfectly well that the mind lays. In one of my last post on facebook I say that to make the right decisions for us, everybody have to transcend the mind and the collective unconscious until our deep "If " (deepest spiritual nature) infinitely intelligent and aware. We as a kind of navigation system that tells us which way to choose, just to feel, to feel peace and harmony what makes us feel good. And if we are not sufficiently lucid and relaxed in harmony and balance, then just meditate, and each right answer for us will come to us clear as crystal water. Nothing and no one will never can tell us what is better for us except our voice that we can hear only when we are relaxed and quiet inside, and as a metal detector makes us feel good when we are doing the right things for us and others. Un esempio di potenza della visualizzazione creativa. Ho 55 anni e fra 3 giorni 56 e non ho mai avuto il coraggio o la maturita' di prendermi la responsabilita' di una famiglia. Anche a gennaio quando ho conosciuto Khwan, sono stato subito chiaro con lei: "Non voglio sposarmi e non voglio bambini."
Lei ogni tanto mi chiedeva perche', ma sempre con amore e gentilezza, e altre volte mi mandava dei disegni come questo o delle foto come quella sotto in cui prende in braccio il bambino di un'amica o collega di lavoro. Mi diceva che sarebbe bellissimo un bambino alto e forte mezzo italiano e mezzo tailandese. Certo se prende il suo sorriso e le mie spalle!
In silenzio questo disegnino e questa foto mi sono entrati nel cuore.
L'altro ieri mi ha chiesto ancora se potevamo avere un bambino e io le ho risposto di si. Stava guidando e quasi non era sicura di aver capito per cui me lo chiese nuovamente, ed io risposi di si. Poi mi disse che non riusciva a capirmi, che prima dico no, poi dico si, e non sa come interpretare queste mie risposte contrastanti.
Allora le ho detto che anche io ho i miei programmi mentali e le mie paure, in particolare quella di sposarmi ed avere dei figli. Ma come Mental Coach so perfettamente che la mente mente. In uno dei miei ultimi post su facebook dico che per prendere le decisioni giuste per noi dobbiamo trascendere la mente e l'inconscio collettivo fino al nostro profondo "Se'" intelligente e infinitamente consapevole. Abbiamo come una specie di navigatore satellitare che ci dice da che parte andare, basta sentire, sentire in pace e armonia che cosa ci fa star bene. E se non siamo sufficientemente rilassati lucidi e in armonia ed equilibrio, allora basta meditare, e ogni risposta giusta per noi arrivera' limpida come acqua cristallina. Niente e nessuno potra' mai dirci cosa e' meglio per noi tranne la nostra vocina che possiamo sentire solo quando siamo rilassati e silenziosi dentro, e come un metal detector ci fa sentire bene quando stiamo facendo le cose giuste per noi e per gli altri.
